Common Questions
How long does a custom order take?
Custom gearboxes typically ship in 15–45 business days depending on complexity and current production schedule. A firm delivery date is confirmed at order placement.
Can you manufacture from my drawings?
Yes. Send us your CAD files (DWG/STEP/PDF) or physical samples by email and our engineers will review and quote within 3 business days.
What is the warranty period?
All products carry a 12-month warranty under normal operating conditions. Defective units are repaired or replaced free of charge.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. As a Netherlands-based company we are well-positioned for European customers, and we ship to 30+ countries globally via sea freight, air freight, or express courier. Full export documentation is included.
Where are the products manufactured?
Ever Power is registered in the Netherlands with manufacturing facilities in China. This gives our customers European commercial reliability combined with competitive Chinese manufacturing costs.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C. Typical terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. Long-term partners may qualify for net terms.
