1.A connecting website link of an O-ring Chain for general application is pre-coated with grease at the pins. Before connection, confirm the grease about the surfaces of pins, and if your volume of grease is tiny, apply grease with bare hands. (If gloves are applied, the grease might be absorbed by the gloves.)
Example: When the connecting website link (I) of an O-ring chain for common application is
shipped, O-rings are fitted with the roots on the pins. When the O-rings come loose as a consequence of vibration during transport, refit the O-rings in for the roots of your pins.
In this case, make sure to return the grease collected in the roots of your pins to the central surfaces with the pins, additional at portion A than at 
portions B shown inside the over illustration. (Portions A is worn because of sliding with all the bushings.)
2.The chain might be most conveniently connected over the teeth of a sprocket. Engage the links at each ends of the chain using the sprocket teeth and fit connecting pins. In the event the sprocket might be moved, the chain can also be linked over the loosened side.
3. Connecting process
1.Verify that O-rings are attached to your roots on the pins.
two.When the quantity of grease utilized over the connecting pins is modest, coat the pins with grease in the central portions.
3.Insert the connecting pins into the bushings of the inner links at the two ends.
